What You'll Do: As our Engineering Intern, you'll be a vital part of our team, bringing fresh eyes and new ideas to the table. Here's a snapshot of the exciting responsibilities you'll take on:
🛠️ Technical Support: Provide essential technical and engineering support to our new product development projects, ensuring smooth production and stellar results.
🔍 Quality Analysis: Dive deep into the investigation and evaluation of non-conforming products, playing a meaningful role in Material Review Board (MRB) analysis and decision-making processes.
🧐 Problem-Solving: Analyze non-conforming products and field returns, identifying root causes and contributing to the development of effective corrective actions.
🛠️ Tooling & Processes: Support the design, implementation, and validation of assembly tooling, fixtures, and processes that streamline production and improvee product quality.
📄 Documentation Expertise: Create and modify crucial manufacturing procedures, routers, BOMs, and other documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and accurate for both new projects and ongoing production.
🔄 Seamless Transitions: Facilitate the smooth handover of development activities into full-scale production, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to consumer.
🧪 Testing & Engineering Builds: Roll up your sleeves and complete hands-on testing and engineering builds, contributing directly to the development and optimization of our products.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (all subject areas welcome!)
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A desire to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced industry
