This is a Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Engineering role within our brand-new building in Lenexa, Kansas for the Operations Business. We manufacture Life Saving Systems such as oxygen cylinders, chemical generators, passenger masks, crew masks and all related subassemblies (hoses, manifolds, regulators, overhead containers). Within our building, you will also interact with our MRO BU where they do service and repair coffee makers, ovens, refrigerators and other galley insert units. We are a team conformed of a mix of experienced and young engineers that collaborate and help each other, combine our expertise and skills to problem solve and improve our processes. Joining this team means that you will connect with multiple departments and different levels of leadership while learning and applying engineering tools to create a better work environment. Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January-August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).
