About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer Associate at Lockheed Martin's Lufkin Operations will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing efficient manufacturing processes for Military Specification electronic and electromechanical assemblies. This position involves providing technical guidance to manufacturing operators and collaborating with a team of engineers and technicians to enhance production performance and product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
• Ability to provide engineering solutions to medium complexity problems
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Circuit Card or Electronic Assembly experience
• Knowledge of Industry standards for solder IPC- J-STD-001
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics

Nice To Haves

• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques
• Familiarity with military specifications and standards
