About The Position
Sonoco is a multi-billion-dollar global company that has been changing the face of products and packaging since 1899. The Sonoco Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is designed to help participants develop leadership skills, gain technical knowledge, establish strong business skills, and understand Sonoco's culture and processes. The program combines hands-on experiences and opportunities, allowing participants to gain insights into their leadership style and contribute to Sonoco through valuable project work. This specific role is for the RPC Division located in Murfreesboro, TN, and covers core objectives such as technical skills training, leadership training, business insights, and culture integration. The goal is to prepare participants for future leadership roles within the company.
