Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Working towards a BS in Electrical Computer Engineering.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong background in Root Cause Analysis.
  • Track record of driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical interpretations of drawings and specifications and analyze and resolve design tolerance problems.
  • Provide information to evaluate, select, and order capital test equipment and complete cost/payback analysis.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain test methods and processes in the manufacture and test of sub-assembly, module, and top level product for established product line.
  • Eliminate/reduce test defects and improve test yields for routine issues of various levels of scope.
  • Provide information to evaluate Customer Returned Good (CRG) activity to identify potential failure trends.
  • Perform root cause analysis and take corrective action to resolve test failures.
