Job Purpose: Manage all facets of the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process and other various engineering documentation processes. Manage the documentation control aspects of Engineering Department. Act as a training resource for the department. Create and maintain work instructions to aid in the manufacture of Life Fitness products. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience training diverse groups
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite

Nice To Haves

• Preferred Associate degree in Business (or related field)
• Working knowledge of documentation control in manufacturing environment
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, train, implement, and maintain control systems to store and maintain engineering CAD drawings and data for Oracle ERP system.
• Coordinate ECO process to ensure accuracy and timely approval.
• Develop and maintain tracking reports of active ECO’s to determine real-time status.
• Lead weekly meetings to communicate and track ECO progress.
• Perform ongoing analysis of policies and procedures pertaining to ECO’s and documentation.
• Counsel design and manufacturing groups on related matters as necessary.
