You are not the type to sit in an office and manage by spreadsheet. You walk the floor, you know your people, and you hold the team accountable without being the bad guy. You see a broken process, and you fix it. You see a struggling employee and you coach them; you do not do the work for them or write them off. If that sounds like how you have always operated, and you have the manufacturing background to back it up, we want to talk to you.
