We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our SJE Rhombus brand. This role will work out of our Detroit Lakes, MN location. Detroit Lakes is the home office for SJE and is the leading manufacturer of our liquid level control products, including pump control panels, alarm systems, float switches, and level monitoring solutions. Check us out at SJErhombus.com or SJEinc.com ! The job: As our Customer Service Specialist , your primary role will be to Accurately and professionally correspond with customers via phone and email. You will answer product/service questions, provide delivery status updates and tracking information, resolve issues in a timely manner and engage other departments within the company as needed. You will process standard catalog product orders by entering data into our ERP system, entering commissions and sending confirmations to customers. You will be expected to collaborate with a variety of functional areas including sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain and operations to support our customers.

Requirements

  • Be extremely detail oriented
  • Possess excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external customers
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and be able to multi-task
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Have experience in customer service doing computer-based order entry and answering phones – in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Possess strong computer skills
  • Be willing to train on the production floor to learn our products
  • A high school diploma is required
  • At least 1-2 years of computer based order entry is required.

Nice To Haves
