Area of Responsibility: The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following function: Analyze system (Business Central "BC") requirements and ensure team accomplishes daily production planning. Responsible to ensure completions in BC are done correctly Participate in daily production cell activities Responsible for maintaining inventory in their assigned departments and regular audits will be performed by the supervisor to ensure inventory is properly maintained Facilitate inventory audits with department supervisors Provide support with processing orders with purchasing department Train new employees Coach, mentor and provide leadership to employees; Crew leads are responsible for the growth development, corrective actions and reviews of the employees within their department with support of supervisor and HR as needed Maintain and follow all safety guidelines/procedures/activities throughout the production floor. Participate in all safety meetings/trainings applicable Maintenance team tools to ensure operational and all safety protocols are met Adapt effectively and efficiently to production changes and work with team to do the same Initiative to improve production performance while maintaining a high level of performance without compromising the quality of our products Participate in interviewing, evaluating and making a recommendation on candidates; Promote a positive environment by motivating team
