Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); four year degree preferred
1 to 3 years of related manufacturing or machine operating experience
Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of the capabilities of each machine
Technological skills required: computer data entry, computer-aided design, and graphics software, ability to learn and operate ERP systems.
A strong understanding of the importance of safety
A team player who is driven to learn every day

Responsibilities

Participates in pre-production meetings and utilizes technical expertise in the review of all components. Ensures items are set up to run correctly and efficiently.
Leverages technical expertise to advise team members, shares insights on solving challenges and identifies and helps address concerning trends.
Responsible for keeping all machine specifications up to date.
Coordinates production related continuous improvement activities/events that id in the optimization of the production environment.
Determines and/or verifies accurate and efficient machine routing and component layout.
Receiving art from numerous parties to verify the art could be successfully printed to customer and GNC standards.
Determines most efficient layouts for jobs. Reviews layouts with machine crews and/or supervisors for approval.
Conduct follow up with crews regarding layouts.
Collaborate and work closely with other manufacturing and account coordinators.
