About The Position

Provides support to management by coordinating activities and assisting with process improvement initiatives. This role helps drive departmental efficiency through data analysis, documentation management, and cross-functional manufacturing support. Principle Responsibilities and Duties Support the Manufacturing Supervisors/Managers with department initiatives and goals Analyze, modify, and present data from MS Excel spreadsheets used for manufacturing performance indicators Assist in time studies and continuous improvement projects focused on manufacturing processes Assist in evaluating opportunities for improvement and new equipment for future implementation Write, format, edit, and update instructions and procedures to be used by manufacturing Support fabrication processes across multiple disciplines Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or operations, preferably in Oil & Gas or Minimum of two (2) years of college coursework completed in an industrial, mechanical, process, electrical, or chemical engineering field.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety practices.
  • Proactive thinker and self-motivated.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
  • Fast-paced general office environment and some industrial environment.
  • This role involves some standing, bending, squatting, lifting, and walking.
  • It may also require lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 50 lbs.
  • Many tasks are time-sensitive and demand quick response.

Responsibilities
