About The Position

Provides support to management by coordinating activities, scheduling training, and maintaining documentation Principle Responsibilities and Duties Assist Manufacturing, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality Supervisors with daily operations. Lead recruitment for shop personnel, coordinate interviews, and liaise with staffing agencies. Process and code staffing invoices for approval and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and submit weekly temporary labor timesheets. Ensure completion and proper filing of employee status change paperwork. Serve as a liaison among HR, Payroll, and HSE for support needs. Review daily timekeeping for hourly staff as required. Manage employee uniforms, lockers, office supplies, and equipment. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or operations, preferably in Oil & Gas.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety practices.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, or coordination is advantageous.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
