Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Industrial cooking experience preferred
- Experience in fast-paced, multitasking environments
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality gourmet products according to company standards
- Follow daily production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing
- Maintain accurate production logs and inventory documentation
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures
- Operate industrial kitchen equipment and support overall production needs
