Role snapshot Diagnose and repair electrical equipment and systems across the plant. Perform mechanical troubleshooting to resolve equipment problems efficiently. Program, modify, and maintain PLCs to ensure stable, high-performing operations. Collaborate with peers to advance safety and boost operational efficiency. Record maintenance actions and results with accuracy and completeness. Adhere to all safety procedures and applicable regulations. Mentor apprentices and junior staff members as needed. Capacity for heavy work per the Dictionary of Occupational Titles: lift, carry, push/pull, climb, shovel, walk, pry, work on/near moving equipment, and perform job-specific tasks tied to the assignment.
