Manufacturing Controller (Full Relocation package available)
About The Position
The Manufacturing Controller will oversee all financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for the business. This includes managing month-end consolidations, ensuring timely financial statement preparation, and maintaining full adherence to all accounting standards and internal policies. Drive the annual budgeting cycle, including developing forecasts for sales, profits, capital expenditures, and cash flow. Manage working capital, the revenue cycle, and credit and collections processes, actively pursuing efficiency improvements. Serve as a key strategic advisor to the General Manager and leadership team on various business issues. Lead efforts to enhance the internal controls environment and guarantee sustained compliance with regulatory requirements. Direct the standard cost system, support the sales team with profitability analyses for quotes, and coordinate auditor reviews. Develop and mentor the finance team, ensuring alignment and strong collaboration across all operating groups and divisions.
Requirements
- B.S. degree required
- Minimum 10 years financial management experience in large manufacturing environment
