About The Position

Financial Leadership Role open due to retirement
The Manufacturing Controller will oversee all financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for the business. This includes managing month -end consolidations, ensuring timely financial statement preparation, and maintaining full adherence to all accounting standards and internal policies.

Requirements

• B.S. degree required.
• Minimum 10 years financial management experience in large manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• MBA/CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the annual budgeting cycle, including developing forecasts for sales, profits, capital expenditures, and cash flow.
• Manage working capital, the revenue cycle, and credit and collections processes, actively pursuing efficiency improvements.
• Serve as a key strategic advisor to the General Manager and leadership team on various business issues.
• Lead efforts to enhance the internal controls environment and guarantee sustained compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Direct the standard cost system, support the sales team with profitability analyses for quotes, and coordinate auditor reviews.
• Develop and mentor the finance team, ensuring alignment and strong collaboration across all operating groups and divisions.
