About The Position
ZS Associates is seeking a Manufacturing Consultant specializing in Pharma Supply Chain to join our Business Technology Solutions team. This role is pivotal in leading the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across various phases, including discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and operations. As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to address complex challenges in the pharmaceutical supply chain, particularly in an environment characterized by changing regulatory behaviors, geopolitical risks, and increasing cost pressures. Your contributions will help shape solutions that enhance operational efficiency and deliver significant value to our clients. In this position, you will support clients in navigating key issues and technology solutions, managing the entire solution delivery process while leveraging both Agile and waterfall methodologies. You will utilize analytic techniques to guide decision-making, synthesizing and communicating results effectively to both clients and internal teams through presentations and written reports. Building strong client relationships will be essential, as you will serve as a key point of contact throughout project lifecycles, providing updates and ensuring alignment on project deliverables. Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding Associates, enhancing ZS's capabilities in problem-solving, and contributing to the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in technology or quantitative fields, coupled with 5-10 years of relevant supply chain management experience. A PhD may substitute for work experience, and familiarity with core technologies such as SCADA, LIMS, QMS, IoT, and MES is highly desirable.
