About The Position

JELD-WEN is one of the world's largest door and window manufacturers, with more than 22,000 employees operating in 24 countries globally. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, JELD-WEN designs, produces and distributes an extensive range of interior and exterior doors, wood, vinyl and aluminum windows. We are hiring now for immediate need for new Manufacturing Team Members across all shifts. Depending on assignment, our team members may do any of the following duties: operate small and large machines in the production of doors & windows, work on door & window assembly lines, inspect all product for quality, machine products for hardware installation, prepare and handle materials, stage and package finished products for delivery, and perform other general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate small and large machines in the production of doors & windows
• Work on door & window assembly lines
• Inspect all product for quality
• Machine products for hardware installation
• Material preparation and material handling
• Stage and package finished product for delivery
• Other general warehouse duties as needed
