About The Position

Supports all areas of the manufacturing process. This role will require detail-orientation, flexibility, and clear communication. Operates, and verifies the quality of work on a wide variety of manual controlled or CNC machines, works in finishing, deburring, inspection, and packaging. Performs routine or repetitive operations in a manner, which will consistently meet quality requirements and production standards. Actively participates in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• No experience required.
• General Mechanical aptitude.
• Able to operate and perform basic cleaning on equipment.
• Lift up to 25 - 30 pounds.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Cleans/washes parts as required.
• Maintains equipment as required.
• Deburrs or sandblasts parts.
• Operates a forklift.
• Light assembly.
• Material handling.
• Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition. Works safely and complies with all established safety rules and work practices.
• Maintains and cares for all shop tools, machines, and equipment.
• Conform to the company quality system procedures as documented.
• Additional duties as assigned.
