2nd Shift Manufacturing Associate

Seaman Corporation is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics, based in Northeast Ohio for over 75 years. Our manufacturing facility promotes a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, and we celebrate our team-based approach. Manufacturing is the core of our business. We are currently looking for Manufacturing Associates on 2nd shift, 3:00-11:00p. As of February 1, 2026, we will transition to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3 schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule. Day shift will be 7a-7p; night shift will be 7p-7a.
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Some computer skills preferred
- Must be able to work within that schedule
- All candidates will be required to successfully complete the following: Work-Keys Assessments Drug Screening Criminal Background Check
