About The Position

Dura Supreme Cabinetry is hiring Production Associates to work in their Howard Lake facility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. On-the-job training is provided for all roles. The position involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where adaptability and quick thinking are essential. Cross-training is valued, offering opportunities to broaden skill sets. Prioritizing safety is a fundamental aspect of the role, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your team. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs. (for some roles)
  • The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours) (for some roles)

Nice To Haves

  • The ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers.
  • The ability to use handheld tools or the willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a production-oriented environment.
