About The Position

Are you someone who takes pride in doing things right and enjoys seeing the results of your work? We’re looking for a Bead Coater who creates precise, high-quality parts that meet strict standards. In this role, you’ll handle coating operations, perform inspections using precision tools, and make sure every product is flawless. If you enjoy hands-on work, like working carefully and seeing your effort pay off, you’ll thrive here. This position is for 2nd shift (2 PM-10:30 PM) starting mid-March. Training will take place on 1st shift (5 AM-1:30 PM)

Nice To Haves

• No previous work experience required (Preferred)
• Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Set Up for Success You’ll create a smooth start to every job by preparing your workspace, mixing materials correctly and getting each part ready to be coated.
• Applying the Coating You’ll apply thin, even layers of coating and add fine beads to the part to create the correct texture, thickness, and coverage.
• Curing the Parts You’ll place coated parts into curing ovens and allow them to cool so that the coating bonds correctly.
• Shaping and Finishing You’ll trim the edges, touch up thin spots and make sure each part looks uniform and well-finished
• Final Quality Checks You’ll use precision tools to make sure each part meets thickness, appearance, and quality standards.
