JASPER ENGINES & TRANSMISSIONS is seeking Manufacturing Associates for various positions including Assembly, Disassembly, Parts / Puller Stocker, Conveyance, Parts, Inspection, Repair, and Distribution. The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be 8-10 hours)
Ability to lift up to 40lbs (for Disassembly position)

Responsibilities

Assembling the heads on unit along with installing push rods, lifters, and rockers (Assembly)
Disassembling the entire unit, which includes removal of screws, rings, seals, gears, valve body, etc. (Disassembly)
Loading the various parts in a basket prepping them to be washed (Disassembly)
Pulling and restocking parts (Parts / Puller Stocker)
Picking up and delivering orders throughout the manufacturing facility (Conveyance)
Prepping, disassembly, washing, and final assembly of small parts (Parts)
Inspecting each part thoroughly to determine the quality of the finished product (Inspection)
Repairing worn bolt holes, welding cracks, sanding and grinding parts to a smooth finish, and many other small part repairs to return them to new condition (Repair)
Operating forklift to load and unload trailers and inspect product (Distribution)
