About The Position

At Clickstop, we are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our fast-paced manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Associate. This role blends hands-on sewing line operations with efficient packaging responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of production. You’ll be instrumental in assembling USCC transportation products, packing orders with precision, and supporting continuous improvement across all operations.

Responsibilities

  • Read and understand work orders.
  • Audit orders for accuracy.
  • Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie-down straps.
  • Maintain productivity by meeting daily output requirements.
  • Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods of time.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Sew straps using manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner.
  • Maintain order accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
  • Pack numerous different orders efficiently and accurately off of a conveyor belt, ensuring products are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
  • Lift 50ilbs repeatedly. Able to bend, kneel, stand, and squat repetitively for long periods of time.
  • Utilizing NetSuite and ShipHawk software to manage production records, entering completion data, building work orders and updating inventory.
  • Follow Lean manufacturing principles to help reduce waste and improve efficiency in packing and overall processes.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and working to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
  • Comfortable working in a high-speed, fast-paced environment with frequent task changes.
  • Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble cargo nets.
  • Pack cargo nets: must be able to bend, kneel, stand, and squat repetitively for long periods of time.
  • Operate sewing machines to assemble transportation Nylon Slings.
  • Pack nylon slings: Must be able to bend, kneel, stand, and squat repetitively for long periods of time.
  • As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned at any time.
