As a manufacturing associate, you will play a valuable role within the lab department where you will be testing and inspecting material to confirm the quality of our product before shipping to the client as this is the finishing stage of the process. In this position, you will be preparing material for lab inspections as well as testing these materials using saws, lathes, and grinders by interpreting plans, specifications or drawings. A successful associate will be responsible for setting up and operating machines safely within the standard operating procedures, detecting faulty equipment, defective material, and preparing etching solutions to be used to inspect the product. In addition, you will need to demonstrate independence and motivation along with effective teamwork skills with an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
