About The Position
In this role, employees will work either individually or as part of a team in the manufacturing and distribution of sofas, loveseats, and chairs. The position requires a high level of manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and a keen attention to detail to ensure that all products meet the company's high-quality standards. Employees will be responsible for feeding raw materials into production machinery and supplying materials to other departments or team members as needed. Additionally, they will assemble furniture on production lines using various tools and equipment, including power tools such as staple guns. Monitoring the production process is a critical aspect of this job, as employees will need to carry out basic quality and testing checks to ensure that all products meet the required specifications. Proper storage of goods and raw materials in the warehouse is also essential, as is packing goods for shipment. Maintaining clean and organized work areas and equipment is a key responsibility, and employees are expected to inform management of any problems that arise during the production process. Other duties may be assigned by supervisors as necessary, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
