Reporting to the Supervisor or Sr. Lead, you will be responsible for materials management, cycle counting, and staging for production operations for vaccines manufacturing. Responsible for the movement of raw materials/consumables and finished product, while functioning as part of a high-performance work team. Work hours are M-F – 8:00am - 4:30pm

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with processes within materials management systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Experience with proper use of material handling equipment and following standard procedures with good documentation practices

Nice To Haves

  • Bioworks Certificate a plus
  • Familiarity with use of solvents and cleaning materials preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support production by staging materials used in production suites, including walking and standing for extended time (up to 4 hours) throughout the work-shift.
  • Bend and reach throughout the work shift in support of multiple activities such as filing, lifting, and light housekeeping activities up to 25lbs.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment such as electric pallet jacks to move and stage materials
  • Utilize SAP to transfer, receive, materials and goods from warehouse for use by production.
  • Troubleshoot SAP discrepancies when needed
  • Perform inventory cycle counts of production areas
  • Follow standard procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)
  • Execute plant stock write-off activities in SAP
  • Enter data for process control, departmental databases and spreadsheets
  • Review and maintains cGMP production support documentation/departmental databases and spreadsheets
  • Help with investigations; reviews operational and process discrepancies in manufacturing
  • Complete monthly cleaning PM within work area
  • Perform general housekeeping activities on a daily bases such as removing card board boxes and plastic wrapping from the work area.
