We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Associate II to join our Timonium, Maryland filtration and melt blown cartridge manufacturing team. This key role involves operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision and care, and conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace is fundamental to this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality filtration products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment to support customers. Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to process improvements. Participate in training and development programs.

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations).
  • Working effectively with a team to follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time.
  • Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.
