About The Position

This position is responsible for the assembly, installation, testing and calibration of electrical wiring control panels and associated components used for manufacturing systems. Must be able to follow blueprints, bill of materials, schematics, or piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID). This role is also selects, measures and prepares electrical wiring or coaxial cabling. Additionally, this role is responsible for the connection of wiring and labels to panels. This position performs instrument startup, calibration as well as functional and safety testing.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum 10 years' experience in electrical wiring required
• Mastery of electrical skills in relation to water systems
• Mechanical aptitude and ability, manual dexterity, experience and general knowledge of assembly techniques
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to mentor and train
• Manual lifting up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Ability to assemble system control panels (PLC & GBE)
• Complete field wiring of industrial water systems
• Testing instrumentation equipment on industrial water systems
• Seamlessly transition from a variety of workplaces, assisting the manufacturing of a wide range of industrial water systems
• Collaborate with electrical engineering team by offering specific recommendations on product improvement
• Housekeeping duties performed daily
• Other duties as assigned
