Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and operate all mint equipment.
  • Buff unfinished goods and stamp finished products.
  • Handle shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Operate machinery to meet safety, speed, and quality standards.
  • Pre-weigh, cast, post-weigh, buff, burnish, and stamp/coin products.
  • Ensure quality standards are met through weight verifications and visual inspections.
  • Maintain accurate work logs for parts worked on.
  • Assist with other duties as necessary.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts as necessary.
