The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. Meet the team: The Manufacturing Associate 3 position is for the G7 Applicator line within Dexcom. This role will provide first-hand experience with manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's next generation of products and processes. Where You Come In: You will be responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery, including feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished products from the line. You will operate hand tools or production equipment. You will assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams. You will follow GMP guidelines. You will work under standardized methods and immediate supervision on assignments that are semi-routine in nature. You will follow pre-established guidelines and procedures with minimal choice as to the method of performance. You will interact with employees at other levels within the company, exchanging generally non-complex information. You will set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company’s products. What Makes You Successful: You have a moderate understanding of general job aspects and some knowledge of detailed aspects of the role. You should apply acquired job and company knowledge of policies and procedures to complete semi-routine tasks. You should normally follow established procedures on routine work and require instructions only for new assignments. You must work under close supervision while developing your skills and experience.
