About The Position

The Manufacturing Associate duties will include setup and operation of all mint equipment, buffing and stamping of unfinished goods and shipping/receiving of raw materials or finished goods. This is not your average manufacturing job! You'll do your work in a climate-controlled environment using leading edge manufacturing equipment. You will also learn about the exciting world of numismatics and precious metals while you grow within your new career!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Basic use of Microsoft Office preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery to safety, speed, and quality standards
  • Pre-weigh, Casting, Post-weigh, Buffing, Burnishing, Stamping/Coining
  • Ensure quality standards are being met via weight verifications and visual inspections
  • Be accountable to parts worked on via accurate work logs
  • Assist with other duties as necessary
  • Participate in physical inventory counts as necessary
