About The Position

We’re seeking a hands-on, motivated Machine helper who takes pride in running efficient, high-quality production lines. The ideal candidate will bring experience with corrugated converting or corrugator equipment, a proven ability to improve machine performance and minimize downtime, strong leadership skills to guide and train crew members, a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and flexibility to work overtime and weekends as production demands.

Requirements

• Corrugator or Converting machine experience (Flexo Folder Gluer, Rotary Die Cutter, Flat Bed Die Cutter, Specialty Folder Gluer, and/or Litho Laminator).
• Proven ability to improve machine efficiencies in a production environment.
• Experience in corrugated packaging environments.
• Strong process control background with demonstrated analytical skills.
• Computer literacy, including experience with Windows-based systems.
• Familiarity with equipment operation and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Team-oriented, organized, detail-driven, and able to perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous machine operator experience (6 months or more) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture corrugated cartons in a high-volume production environment.
• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the machine crew, ensuring performance goals are met in waste reduction, efficiency, quality, and uptime.
• Direct and train machine crew members, including new team members.
