About The Position

Lead reliability. Coach people. Deliver results. Picture your morning: you walk the floor, greet techs by name, and kick off a safety huddle. You reinforce ATS Beyond Zero principles, review yesterday’s observations and incident learnings, and line up today’s training. By mid-morning, you’re with our customer—aligning priorities, previewing the maintenance plan, and confirming KPIs for the week. After lunch, you’re coaching a supervisor on a Skills Matrix update, finalizing a Technician Training Plan, and closing the loop on root-cause actions. You end the day celebrating a cost-saving win and preparing tomorrow’s action plan to keep the Operating System embedded and effective. What you’ll lead Champion a zero-harm culture: deploy the ATS safety program; complete training, observations, and incident investigations; and share best practices to strengthen our customer’s safety culture. Translate strategy into action: connect site responsibilities to ATS and customer objectives; communicate a clear vision; and act as a change agent through planning and crisp execution. Build an outstanding team: onboard with intention, hold regular 1:1s, recognize wins, and use participative decision-making to promote transparency and trust. Develop people and bench strength: create and maintain a Skills Matrix, drive a Technician Training Plan, and own succession planning for key roles (Supervisors, Supply Chain, P/S, RE). Run the business: install and reinforce the ATS Operating System, execute a site-specific maintenance plan, and manage revenue, expenses, and profit to target. Be the primary on-site partner: align expectations through contract management; meet daily/weekly/monthly with the customer; and collaborate with ATS business units and Sales to expand scope. Continuously improve: analyze KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, remove barriers, and deliver sustainable cost savings.
