About The Position
Now Hiring: 1st Shift Assemblers – $19.26/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm (OT as needed to include Saturday) You will join the team in a temporary role. There may be opportunities for consideration for regular full-time status based on performance and business needs.
Requirements
- 1-year stable work history
- Mechanical aptitude and hand tool experience a plus
- Assembly/manufacturing experience preferred
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Good attendance is essential
- Consistent weekday schedule, overtime opportunities, paid holidays & sick time

Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components
- Use hand/power tools and read diagrams
- Inspect work for quality
- Assist with repairs, reassembly, and material handling
