As a Residential Technician, you’ll help assemble residential ERV units that directly improve indoor air quality while supporting faster lead times and exceptional customer outcomes. Optional Schedule Four 10 hour days (Friday afternoons off!) Five 8 hour days Monday – Friday Why RenewAire? Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to perform basic math and read measurements (inches and feet)
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance and punctuality
• Hands-on and detail-oriented with pride in quality workmanship
• A positive, dependable team player
• Comfortable following written and verbal instructions
• Communicates clearly in both verbal and written formats
• Builds strong working relationships and contributes to team success
• Motivated to learn, improve, and grow your skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble residential ERV units accurately and within established lead times
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards and procedures are met
• Use hand and light power tools safely and effectively
• Apply job knowledge throughout the entire build process
• Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates
• Take initiative to solve problems and suggest process improvements
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Be reliable, punctual, and fully engaged during scheduled work hours
