Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least one full year of work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (17 if a work-based learning high school student).
• Pass a background check, drug screening, and medical/physical screening.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position, including prolonged standing, frequent handling of parts, and lifting/carrying minimum of 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with air tools.
• Fine motor dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate various pieces of equipment in the factory to assemble products.
• Work on assembly lines and handle parts to transfer, operate, or adjust the production equipment.
• Adhere to safety rules, regulations, and equipment requirements.
