About The Position
Position Details Starting Pay: $18.50- $21.50 per hour (based on skills & experience) Shift details: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Core Hours) 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday) OT as needed on Friday HHT Benefits Starting Day 1 Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date) 8 Paid Holidays Access to your earnings on each day 401k with 6% company match Health Care: medical, dental, and vision Additional Benefits Quarterly Cash Profit Sharing (Eligible after 1 year of service) Tuition Reimbursement (Eligible after 6 months of service) Paid Parental Leave (Eligible after 1 year of service) $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement (Eligible after 1 year of service)
Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time
- Working with hands & finger dexterity
- Wearing proper PPE & practicing safe work habits
- Willing & able to be cross trained & multitask
Responsibilities
- Assembly line & work cell positions
- Using small hand & power tools
- Operating small machines
- Job rotation
- Testing and packaging of finished goods
- Forming of various metals
- Repetitive work at a fast pace
