About The Position

EJ Water Products has immediate openings for an Assembler at our Water Products facility on 2nd shift, starting pay of $22.40 per hour plus an additional $1.50 shift premium. Location: East Jordan Water Products SUMMARY Supports and assists the production function by performing the following duties.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings/diagrams/prints, and daily work instructions.
  • Ability to operate various shop tools such as impact drills, socket wrenches, hand grinders, hoists, etc.
  • Ability to proficiently use micrometers, Vernier calipers, and various other measuring devices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervision and fellow employees.
  • Works both diligently alone as well as a part of a greater team depending on projects.
  • Promotes safety awareness, accident prevention, and employee involvement with regard to a safe work environment. Ensures employees understand the safety expectations of the organization.
  • Promotes the company culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company.
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
