We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Assemblers to join our team producing high-quality products for the fire, trucking, and industrial markets. The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, is confident reading blueprints, and is proficient with both power tools and hand tools. Requirements
- 5 years of manufacturing assembly experience preferred
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency using power tools (drills, grinders, saws, saws, etc.) and hand tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight takt times and continuous movement
- Solid mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent reaching, bending, and climbing
- Ability to lift:
- Up to 10 pounds regularly
- Between 30 – 40 pounds occasionally
Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience in the manufacturing of automotive and/or industrial products
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to blueprints and technical drawings
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Perform layout, fitting, and final assembly of components
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Identify and suggest process improvements
