  • Assemble complex thin-film modules following drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Position and align parts using jigs, fixtures, and precision tools
  • Perform eutectic and epoxy attach under a microscope
  • Operate MIC equipment such as die attach stations, wedge and ball bonders, gap welders, and bond-pull testers
  • Work with automation systems like reflow brazing and auto wedge-ball bonders
  • Inspect assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Rework and repair defective units as needed
  • Handle chemicals safely and maintain cleanliness specifications
  • Record production data and maintain accurate logs
  • Support prototype builds and engineering evaluations
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to work under a microscope (required)
  • Knowledge of thin-film assembly processes and MIC equipment (required)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
  • Vocational or technical certificate in a related field and 5+ years of experience (required)
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions (required)
  • U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) (required)
