Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and internet navigation.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience assembling, soldering, and inspecting components in accordance with IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and subassemblies by hand using basic hand tools such as torque drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
  • Adhere to detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy during the assembly process.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist in packing and labeling finished goods for shipping.
  • Accurately perform transactions in the ERP System to capture the required production data and report any non-conformities to higher-level technicians or engineers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Adhere to documented processes to ensure compliance with FDA GMPs and Quality System Regulations, ISO Standards, and other requirements as defined by company objectives.
