Requirements

• Vocational or technical Certificate in related field.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Good oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Follows production drawings, sample assemblies and verbal instructions with minimum supervision.
• Interprets and works from electromechanical schematics, drawings, work instructions and bills of material to understand the required parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly.
• Reads worksheets and wiring diagrams, selects components.
• Knowledge of cleaning, component mounting and parts orientation.
• Performs inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
• Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or holding device.
• Use hand and small tool, such as variety of tweezers, microscopes to place small components on thin-film circuits.
• Performs eutectic attach and epoxy attach under microscope.
• Operating all type of MIC equipment, such as die-attached station, wedge bonder, ball bonder, gap welder, bond-pull tester.
• Operating or be-trained with automation, such as reflow brazing system, auto wedge-ball bonder.
• May perform other assembly tasks, such as evaluation parts, engineering prototype.
• Reworks and repairs defective units rejected by inspection or test personnel.
• Follow safety procedures in the use and handling of flammable and hazardous chemicals required to meet all cleanliness specifications.
• Must be able to follow specific procedures and details instructions completely.
• Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process.
• Records information on production records or log sheet, and other report forms.
• Familiar with Window operating system and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible working time and willing to be trained in relating task.
