About The Position

As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will assemble products according to established procedures and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. This is an on-site hourly position, and the regular weekly work schedule is 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional work hours will be assigned during peak times and year-end.

Requirements

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Available to work any shift and/or overtime as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with working in a non-climate-controlled environment

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly

Responsibilities

• Gather all necessary components and materials for assembling fabricated sheet metal and other components
• Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to assemble parts and products
• Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the assembly process
• Work with team members and other departments to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Package, label, and assemble products onto pallets in a specified manner
• Other related duties as assigned
