About The Position

We are seeking a Manufacturing and Production Manager to lead manufacturing execution for advanced space systems and flight hardware. This role owns production planning, quality execution, scaling manufacturing systems, and developing high-performing teams to deliver hardware on aggressive timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of manufacturing/production experience in aerospace, defense, or complex hardware environments.
• Experience leading teams and scaling production processes while maintaining quality.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing execution systems, quality practices, and production planning.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience delivering flight hardware or mission-critical systems.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
