Make Your Mark at Prysmian Group - Join Us We are looking for a Material Replenishment/Deployment Planner to join our team in Battleboro, NC. The successful candidate, reporting to NA Supply Chain Manager, will cooperate with the Production Plant and DC, Customer Care team, Procurement, Third Parties and Supply Chain teams to synchronize material needs to fulfill Customer Order requirements. Aim is to monitor, control and orchestrate all Inbound supplies, Internal Planning execution, third parties’ operations and DC stock deployment to assure Service Level and Logistics KPI solidity. Candidate will focus on the following activities:

Requirements

Experience with SD and APO modules of SAP or other WMS.

Thorough understanding of planning, and logistics.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience with additional technical/managerial training.
Experience from 2 to 5 years

Responsibilities

Ensure that Sales and Operations Target and Service level OTD is synchronized in terms of materials management, inbound and outbound flow coordination.
Monthly forecasting of long lead-time materials planning, and drive planning of RM and FG to target production execution along with DC operations to cover NA demand
Provide right pace to production planning teams and DC dispatching activities assuring proper flow from Material replenishment to Production scheduling.
Ensure product availability to support production and customer requirements through coordination and support of the stock replenishment team.
Manage external partner providers’ activities necessary to meet company targets, in compliance with PG rules and target KPI.
Synchronize Supply Chain issues within Operations, Logistics and Commercial teams to escalate and solve fulfillment targets of the NA business.
Monitor correct handling of physical and procedural flows to guarantee an efficient and accurate production planning and execution.
Analyze the monthly update of KPIs (service level, special transports, stock level, inventory adjustments, costs), perform root cause analysis and recommend action plans when there is target deviations.
Participate in all planned physical inventory at the NC distribution center.
Participate in any systems or ERP change or new development.
