About The Position

The Manufacturing Analyst will support production and tooling operations in a dynamic, team-based manufacturing environment. The focus will be on cost tracking, earned value management (EVM), reporting, tooling coordination, and providing technical and administrative support. This role involves working cross-functionally with Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and support organizations to ensure tooling orders, materials, schedules, and inventory are effectively managed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 1+ year, or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing methods and project management principles.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience supporting aerospace or defense manufacturing programs.
Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) environments.
Cost account or budget tracking experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
Experience working with tooling, asset management, or chemical tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Track daily costs and administer Earned Value Management (EVM).
Prepare and maintain visibility charts and weekly/monthly status reports.
Close, document, and manage assembly tooling orders and internal tooling packages.
Validate incoming materials against bills of material (BOM).
Coordinate tooling schedules with Production, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering.
Manage chemical ordering and inventory using internal tracking systems.
Perform tool control, accountability, inventory audits, and asset/property management.
Provide technical and administrative support including certification compliance, onboarding, travel support, and safety activities.
