About The Position

The Manufacturing Accountant position is a contract role focused on managing accounting activities for manufacturing sites in Hartford, WI, and Memphis, TN. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 or 4 year college degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• 3-5 years relevant experience in Finance field
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Manufacturing inventory

Responsibilities

• Process Account Receivables
• Reconcile account discrepancies
• Work with end users and internal departments to resolve past due balances
• Process Accounts Payable
• Work with vendors to resolve PO discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close
