About The Position

Skilled Manufacturing Assignment to Hire Manual Welder Established Oshkosh manufacturer is looking for an experienced welder. This temp to hire opportunity will offer a full benefit package and room for advancement upon hire. 1st, 2nd and weekend temp to hire opportunities available with the possibility of overtime. Position – Welder Job Location – Oshkosh, WI Starting Date – Immediate Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire Employment Type – Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift, 2nd shift, weekend shift Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $15-$19 per hour Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education – High School Diploma/GED Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience As a welder, you will be utilizing customer blueprints to create custom parts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience welding
• Strong attendance record is a must

• A welding degree is preferred but not required

• Prep and inspect parts to be welded
• Welding material according to customer specifications
