Under the general supervision of the Tri tool Grinding operations Team, the individual will be responsible for manufacturing precision tool bits used in Tri Tool machines. This role involves completing all stages of production - from setup and grinding to deburring, honing, inspection, and finishing - to ensure high-quality, reliable tooling. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented craftsperson with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
